We are so thankful for a friend that introduced this recipe to us! We love BBQ and it so nice to make it ourselves! This recipe is of course easy and can easily be frozen for a future meal.
Boston Butt--I usually get about 7 or 8 lbs
Put your pork in the crockpot, fat side on top to keep it more moist. Then we drizzle some olive oil on top. sometimes we sprinkle some seasonings on top, like taco seasonings. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. When it is done shred the pork with two forks. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce vinegar, tomato based or mustard based!
This makes plenty, so if you are having company it is good or leftovers or to freeze just put in freezer bags and label. So easy!
